Terms & Conditions

Pets are strictly not allowed in the guest rooms or within hotel premises.

Strong-smelling food is not permitted inside the rooms to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Visitors are only allowed in the room for a short period and are not permitted to stay overnight.

Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the room is not permitted.

Check-in and Check-out Time

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 12. 00 PM (Noon)
  • Late check-out will incur an additional charge of RM100.

Please inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out. Requests will be subject to availability.

Room deposit and tourism tax must be paid in cash prior to check-in.

Guests are advised to store valuable items in the in-room safety box.
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss due to guest negligence.

Press the “Clean Room” button for room cleaning service.
Press the “Do Not Disturb” button if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Guests are responsible for the care of all hotel property .
Loss or damage to hotel items will be charged accordingly.
Hotel property must not be removed from the hotel premises.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. A confirmation email containing all the details of your booking will be sent to you.

Payment

Full payment must be made at least 31 days prior to the check-in date. For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This means the total cost for the entire stay will be charged, and no refund will be issued. We strongly advise guests to make any changes or cancellations well in advance to avoid these charges.

Refund Policy

At Pacific Inn, we do not entertain any refunds. Once a booking is confirmed with full payment, it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a No-Show—where a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without any prior notification—the booking will be considered forfeited, and the full booking amount will be charged. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be applicable in such cases.

Responsibility

Pacific Inn shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay.

Liability

Pacific Inn shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, government actions, strikes, or failure of public utilities.

Pacific Inn reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
